Eligibility Criteria for AIAPGET-2024
Candidates who possess a BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery), BUMS (Bachelor of Unani Medicine and Surgery), BSMS (Bachelor of Siddha Medicine and Surgery), BHMS (Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery), or Graded BHMS degree, along with a permanent or provisional registration certificate issued by the recognized authorities (erstwhile CCIM/CCH/NCISM/NCH/State Board), and have completed one year of internship or are likely to complete the internship as per the NCISM/NCH notification, are eligible to apply for AIAPGET 2023.
Candidates who are completing their internship after the cut-off date mentioned in the bulletin or those who hold qualifications not recognized by the competent authority will have their requests for appearing in AIAPGET 2023 summarily rejected. Candidates should not engage in canvassing for the same.
Internship for Eligibility Criteria for AIAPGET-2024
The dates provided by candidates regarding the 12 months of Compulsory Rotatory Internship (starting date and completion date) will be considered final. Candidates will be required to submit the original Compulsory Rotatory Internship completion certificate during the counseling process.
It’s important to note that some universities/institutions have regulations stating that candidates who are already pursuing a postgraduate (PG) course in their university or another university are not eligible for admission until they complete the course. Candidates who are currently pursuing PG courses through All India Quota or State Quota and are applying for a seat under the All India Quota/State quota should confirm the eligibility conditions of the respective university. NTA/NCISM/NCH will not be responsible if such candidates are refused admission. These candidates may opt for the subject and college at their own risk and cost. The eligibility criteria will be based on the NCISM/NCH Act regulations and notifications of the Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India.
